The Terrace Club sits on high ground in Dripping Springs, and the view is the reason people book it. Our job is to stay out of the way of it: clean sightlines, a rig that reads as intentional rather than as equipment parked in the corner, and lighting that comes up as the sun goes down instead of fighting it while it is still out.
The evening usually runs ceremony, then cocktails while the light does its thing, then dinner and dancing inside as the hills go dark. We plan it as one continuous piece of sound — a separate system so vows carry over open-air wind, music that holds the room through cocktails and dinner, and a hard transition into the dance set on a cue you have already signed off on.

The logistics we have already solved here, so you do not have to think about them on your day.
Everything for the night — DJ, photo booth, karaoke, lighting — comes in on one truck with one crew, so there is not a queue of vendors working the same load-in window. We arrive inside the venue's vendor call time, dress every cable, hide the cases, and are set and sound-checked long before guests are on the property.
Dripping Springs venues carry firm music curfews, and a hilltop carries outdoor sound further than most properties do. We confirm the cutoff time and any outdoor sound limit with your coordinator in planning, then structure the set so the peak of the night lands where you want it and the last song is one you chose, not one the clock chose.
An outdoor ceremony with the Hill Country behind you and an indoor reception afterward means two rooms and no time between them. We solve it by building both at once: a dedicated ceremony system with officiant and vow mics outside, the main rig already standing at the reception space, and no scramble to move gear while your guests are holding drinks.
The rig runs on standard circuits and we distribute the load rather than piling it onto one outlet. Placement gets planned around the view — booth positioned so its line does not cross the bar or the terrace doors, uplighting and effects aimed to frame the room and the windows rather than wash out the sunset your photographer is shooting.

Every service below travels to The Terrace Club as one team, on one contract.
Tell us your date at The Terrace Club and we will confirm availability, talk through how the night flows from ceremony to last dance, and build a package that covers all of it.
